The Introduction to the Office of Sustainability Presentation is a great way to introduce your students to Temple University's Climate Action Plan and overall programming, while creating ways for students to get involved in climate action on campus. Presentation length is typically between 15-20 minutes.
Subject Deep Dive presentations are best for classes that have reviewed the Climate Action Plan and would like the Office of Sustainability to customize a presentation that relates specific goals or initiatives to course themes. Presentation length is typically between 30-50 minutes.
This type of engagement typically involves a problem statement that is given to your students to solve over the course of a semester or academic year. In order to engage in this type of partnership with the Office of Sustainability, you will need to meet with Temple Sustainability Staff 30 days prior to the presentation to develop the challenge and determine deliverables. The Office of Sustainability will commit to a minimum of two in-person class presentations, including a feedback session.
